VEB SDIO Host Controller Interface Chip Family
For embedded and external applications
The VEB25x device family, all based on the PCI Express (PCIe) host interface, have been designed to make it simple to add additional SD/SDIO interfaces to any PC motherboard, embedded system or ExpressCard product. Applications include:
- PC Motherboards
- ExpressCards
- Embedded PC
- UMPC
- Custom systems e.g. in-vehicle or Point of Sale
The VEB250 can also be used to embed modules with SDIO or Parallel connectivity, including 3G, UWB and WiMAX
