Driver Update for Elan USB Adapter for 3G Cards
The instructions on this page only apply if you have already installed a driver for your reader, and your vendor has asked you to update this driver. Otherwise, we recommend that you carry out a new installation.
Installation Instructions
This process will replace only the driver file for your adapter with the very latest version. You will need to select the appropriate file for the adapter that you are using.
Save the zip file to a temporary location (maybe your desktop) :
- For U132 : elu132.zip
- For U142 : elu142.zip
Find your previously installed driver file which should be in
C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers
and replace it with the downloaded file (which will have the same name).
